Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great holiday! Today’s Tuesday Tips post is the best post to start your year since I will be sharing a few tips to actually stick to your 2015 resolutions!
Sometimes, we get really busy with work and life in general that we forget to take care of ourselves and actually work on our resolutions and goals for the new year, so here you have a few tips to avoid that!
1) Keep them Visible
It is a good idea to keep your resolutions always visible so that you don’t gradually forget about them. You can do that through inspiration boards, note books, blog posts, or maybe a note on your desk.
2) Make your Resolutions Realistic
Keeping your resolutions simple and realistic will actually increase the chances of you crossing them out of your list. In that way, you can also keep track of your progress, and it will motivate you to keep on creating resolutions for the coming years.
3) Keep a Journal
I really feel like writing some sort of diary this year or at least just writing the most important things on a journal. I believe it would be so rewarding to read everything you have done once the year is over. In addition, having a place to write everything you have done will make you want to stick to your resolutions even more!
4) Share your Resolutions with your Most Trusted Friends
Having a good group of friends is very important. Make it a habit of sharing your resolutions with your friends so they keep you right on track and you could do the same!
5) Don’t be Hard on Yourself
I think the best way to end this post is by telling you that you shouldn’t be hard on yourself. You don’t have to complete all your resolutions in 1 year, be proud of what you were able to achieve and always seek more!
