Tuesday Tips : Food for Healthy Hair

Hello everyone, today’s Tuesday Tips edition will be dedicated to foods that will make your hair healthier. As you remember I wrote a post previously on how to style your natural hair Here. When it comes to your hair, the products that you apply don’t count, it’s what you eat as well. Now I as promised I will give you the top foods for healthy hair.

1 ) Salmon 
Salmon is rich in protein, Vitamin D, and Omega 3 which will give you a glow and shiny hair!
If you’re not a fan of Salmon you can try herring, sardines, trout, and mackerel. 

2) Walnuts   
Walnuts are a type of nuts also rich in omega 3,they consist of Vitamin E and biotin as well. Walnuts also consist of copper which is a mineral that keeps the natural color of your hair

3) Oysters
Oysters are rich in zinc which if you lack will lead to hair loss and dryness. Oysters are rich in proteins too.
You can also have eggs, beef, and nuts as other options.

4) Lentils  
Lentils are rich in iron, proteins, zinc, and biotin. You should always include Lentils in your food diet because their benefits exceed making your hair healthy. 

5) Fruits & Veggies  
Its no secret that fruits and vegetables are very healthy for your body. Vegetables like broccoli and spinach  provide your body with vitamins, iron, and calcium. Fruits such as strawberries, oranges, and grapefruit are the best vitamins for a healthy and beautiful hair.
